If I ever decide to move to Australia after I graduate school will I be able to get the Aussie accent?

I'm 20 right now. I'm from Mississippi but I don't have a country accent. I don't really have an accent. When I graduate college I'm considering moving to Australia. I really love their accents. I was wondering if it were possible for me to pick it up being that I'll be about 25 before I move there.
