Do you think that India gave Muttiah Muralitharan his 800th wicket to overshadow the 2 Aussie greats?

India probably let Murali have his 800th Test wicket knowing that he was to retire after that Test match. Do you think that they did that to let him be the 1st bowler (not being white) to take 800 wickets so you wouldn't hear so much about how Glenn McGrath & Shane Warne were the great bowlers that they were?
