Is he backstabbing me?

I am in a relation wid a guy Bhavesh from past 10 months.He was earlier in a relation with a gal Noopur..they were together for 4 years but some how it didn't work.Now that we are together he talks rudely wid me at times.its not that he doesn't love me but I find no love in his eyes..last month he had gone for a vacation wid his frnds to Goa.his frnds told me that he paid some gals there for a night stand.But on the other hand he cares too much for me and has stopped my smoking habbits...ive even made a tattoo of his name on my hand..when its time to show love he does it too well...now I'm too confused what shall I do ? shall I continue with him or move on...?
