Could this be brain cancer?!!!?

so for the last year i've been nervous i had brain cancer , I know it sounds silly but i am totally not joking, my parents think im just a hypochondriac and wont take me to the doctor. Recently i've been having weird headaches when i eat food like that come when im eating and go away after i stop eating... what else could it be?
