Aussies, have you ever had a rude service at the train station?

I haven't but that's weird. I think customer service is really bad these days, in fact I think a lot of peoples manners are gone. Well as long as you know you've done nothing wrong it's not your problem. You can tell his boss or something. Sorry about your bad experience.
