Aussie or herbal essence?

Aussie Sydney smooth or herbal essence totally twisted I have alot of layers in my hair and I straightened it too much now that I cut it it's starting to curl but I either want it pretty curls or straight but not poofy!!! Thanks and what do I do after I wash my hair to make it pretty thanks I love u all
